The LCC600 series of fully sealed conduction-cooled AC/DC power supplies includes four models with main output voltages of 12V, 28V, 36V or 48V. Each model also offers a 5VDC standby output capable of delivering up to 1.5 amps can deliver . Rated at 600 watts, these power supplies feature a thermal ground plane and are capable of delivering full output power over a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C. The main output is adjustable for maximum application flexibility. For example, the 48V model can be set from 44 to 54V and has a maximum current rating of 12.5 amps.

These power supplies feature a universal 90-264 VAC input and are optionally available with a 180-305 VAC input for use in three-phase mains input applications with a 277 VAC line-to-neutral configuration.

The power supplies of the LCC600 series are particularly suitable for use in harsh environments. Housed in a rugged metal housing, they are available with standard input/output connectors or in fully sealed versions with integral cables that are IP65 rated against water or dust ingress. Being fanless, these power supplies are also ideal for environments where acoustic noise or dust nuisance would be an issue, such as B. in offices or medical facilities. Typical applications include telecom antennas and base station equipment, control panels and outdoor/indoor signage – a constant current mode is provided for LED lighting/horticultural lighting. Versions with medical safety approvals are available for Type BF applications such as patient monitoring systems and ultrasound machines.

Standard features include AC OK and DC OK signals, remote lock and differential remote sense on the main output. The power supplies are fully protected against output over-temperature and over-current, with latching over-voltage protection on both the main and standby outputs. LCC600 Series power supplies support Active Current Sharing – up to five units can be connected in parallel for high current applications.

The LCC600 series power supplies have a compact footprint of 4 x 9 inches (101 x 228 mm) and a height of only 1.57 inches (40 mm).

All LCC600 series power supplies feature a PMBus™ compatible I2C communication interface to facilitate remote setup and monitoring. A built-in EEPROM is used to store manufacturing and customer data.
