Rely on our state-of-the-art monitoring and electronic solutions for the fail-safe and well-controlled operation of your LED headlights and lights. A good example of uncompromising NOLDEN quality is our patented and versatile NCC® Load Monitoring System for failure control. In order to adapt our NCC® LED main headlights to the vehicle’s existing headlight range adjustment, offerwe offer a waterproof (retrofit) servo motor. A smooth connection is ensured by the suitable adaptation electronics, the NCC® Servo Converter.

NCC® LMS lamp failure control

The NCC® LMS is required to ensure the functionality of the vehicle-side lamp failure control when retrofitting LED headlights, taillights and indicators. Two functions are combined in one module: Simulation of a conventional halogen lamp with a typical switch-on pulse and programmable load Failure detection of a defective LED lamp when a defined current threshold is undershot

NCC® FSS.4 on-board network adaptation

The patented FFS.4 system is used to operate LED headlights in PWM-controlled on-board networks. No on/off time differences between the left and right headlights     Significantly longer service life compared to permanently loaded electrolytic capacitors     No negative influence on the LED headlight electronics (e.g. shutdown due to overload detection)     No negative influence on the on-board electronics due to high charging and discharging current peaks of capacitors

Actuator for headlight range adjustment

The NOLDEN innovation for headlight range adjustment of LED main headlights: the NCC® actuator. Unlike existing (retrofit) solutions, it is not only waterproof in the rear area, but also in the front. This is possible thanks to a special mount for sealing the front area. Various concepts for connection or fastening are possible. Together with the NCC® Servo Converter, we offer you a comprehensive concept for integrating our LED headlights.

NCC® Servo Converter

Mit dem NCC® Servo Converter können Sie vermeiden, für jedes Basisfahrzeug einen Stellmotor mit individueller Spannung-Weg-Kennlinie verwenden zu müssen. Ein individueller Stellmotor ist nicht nur deutlich kostenintensiver, sondern schützt auch nicht vor den Auswirkungen technischer Änderungen von Fahrzeugherstellern, die ein solches Konzept zunichtemachen können. „Wie ein Getriebe“ arbeitet der NCC® Servo Converter als Anpassungselektronik zwischen dem Stellmotor für die Leuchtweitenregulierung und dem Steuergerät des Fahrzeugs. Dank NCC® Servo Converter kann ein Stellmotor für verschiedene Fahrzeugtypen verwendet werden.
