The LCM600 series of 2U front-end AC/DC power supplies with high distributed power offers a very cost-effective, mass-current solution. The series includes five models with outputs of 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V or 48V and an optional 5V standby output. Each model accepts universal input from 85-264 VAC and has a typical full load efficiency of 89%. Capable of delivering up to 600 watts, these power supplies, which have industrial and medical safety approvals, provide versatile bulk power for a variety of industrial, medical, military, and process automation applications. They are particularly useful for systems that use a Distributed Power Architecture (DPA) or Point-of-Load (POL) scheme. A built-in ORing FET allows parallel connection of up to 10 units for high current applications.
These digitally controlled power supplies feature an I2C interface that allows the output voltage to be programmed up to 20% either side of nominal for voltage margin testing.
